AUTOBSERVE DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAMME

Help shape the future of production investigation.

We're working with a small group of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry and distributed systems teams to design a better way to investigate production incidents using real operational workflows—not synthetic demos.

Why this programme exists

Great infrastructure products aren't invented.

They're validated against real production systems.

Before asking whether you're a fit, we answer why this programme should exist at all.

  • Real incidents

Synthetic demos rarely capture the complexity of production.

  • Real operators

Engineers investigate incidents very differently from product assumptions.

  • Shared learning

The programme exists to validate workflows—not just features.

The production problem

Manual reconstruction vs connected investigation.

Today, humans stitch tools into a story. Design partners help us replace that reconstruction with connected evidence.

Probably not for you

Transparent self-qualification.

Engineers appreciate honesty. This programme is a working partnership—not an open signup for every team.

  • You mainly want dashboards.
  • Your systems have little distributed complexity.
  • You're looking for enterprise procurement.
  • You expect finished commercial software.

The partnership

A working exchange—not a product handout.

Both sides put something real on the table. Both sides learn.

Your team

  • Real workflows
  • Real incidents
  • Operational constraints
  • Engineering feedback

AutoObserve

  • Early capabilities
  • Direct collaboration
  • Implementation support
  • Product influence

This isn't complimentary product access. It's a working partnership where both sides learn.

Programme journey

How the work actually runs.

Baseline is where real product evidence begins—representative incidents, measured together.

We capture how your team investigates today—time, tools, and confidence.

Technical fit

Environment compatibility without a rip-and-replace.

You don't need to replace your observability stack to evaluate AutoObserve.

Security & data principles

FAQ

Practical questions.

What stage is AutoObserve currently at?
Early product collaboration. We work with a small group of design partners on real investigation workflows while the platform is still being shaped.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Yes for this programme. Kubernetes is our primary environment focus for design partners.
Do we need OpenTelemetry?
OpenTelemetry is strongly preferred. It is how we connect evidence without forcing a rip-and-replace of your observability stack.
Do we need to replace our observability tools?
No. AutoObserve is evaluated alongside your existing pipeline and platforms.
What do you expect from partners?
Real production problems, engineering feedback, and regular working sessions—not a one-way product tour.
What happens after the programme?
Partners keep influence on what ships next, and we decide together whether continued collaboration still creates value for both sides.
